EMILY NAGOSKY empezó a trabajar en el ámbito de la sexualidad en la Universidad de Delaware, donde se presentó voluntaria como educadora sexual mientras estudiaba Psicología. Obtuvo un máster en Orientación y se doctoró en Conducta de la Salud, ambos por la Universidad de Indiana, además de realizar su formación clínica y trabajos de investigación en el Instituto Kinsey.
En la actualidad combina la educación sexual con la gestión del estrés para enseñar a las mujeres a vivir con confianza y alegría.
